Geppi'S Apartments - Florence

We did not want to leave there, the stay was really great.

We were in a spacious apartment close enough to San Gimignano, Sienna and Cinque Terre. Gianluca was the best host ever. Its location was amazing with access to a 15th - century Dominican church❤🙂

This was our 8th rental while in Italy. It was by far the best-stocked rental we stayed in. The hosts are A+++++++ hosts. Early on, they provided me with pages of useful information, from restaurants to activities to luggage storage. Communication was very pro-active. The location is perfect and very walkable. The bathroom is updated with a nice shower, the kitchen stocked with all of the basics and the closet has plenty of supportive hangars. The living room TV supports streaming. The flat is beautifully decorated and very secure. The hosts even ensured we got to the airport on time.

We recommend this hotel.

Rooms are big size and there is a multi-channel TV, a dining area, and a sitting area. Location is perfect, within 5 minutes' walk of a Renaissance palace...

The location was perfect, with easy access to all the major tourist sites and delicious dining options nearby. The apartment itself was cozy and well-appointed, with great amenities and comfortable furnishings. We especially appreciated the excellent hospitality we received from the host, Gianluca, and his family. They were pretty good too assist us when our son fell ill and needed hospitalization. Gianluca helped us find accommodation closer to the hospital and even arranged transportation for us. We felt completely supported and grateful for their kindness. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as some noise from the nearby restaurant and street, we would highly recommend Geppi's Apartments. our experience was wonderful and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip here. The location of this place is great, very close to the city center making it easy to get around.

Spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. One morning, as I was preparing breakfast in the kitchen, I couldn't help but feel like a master chef in my own little cooking show. The kitchen was so well-equipped that I felt like I was on the set of a gourmet cooking show, with all the necessary tools and space to create a delicious meal. It made me appreciate the art of cooking even more.

The apartment was so cozy and felt like a home away from home. I loved the comfortable sofa in the living room where I could relax after a long day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen with a dining area was perfect for preparing meals and enjoying them with a beautiful view of the city. Having a private bathroom with a shower was convenient, and the provided hairdryer and toiletries were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV in the unit kept me entertained during downtime.

Personally, I would have preferred a bathtub instead of just a shower. However, I understand that others may still find the shower enjoyable.

Loved the free WiFi, it was perfect for scrolling through social media while sitting in the seating area. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver on hot days, and the terrace provided a great spot for sunbathing and people-watching.

Noisy neighbors and a lack of washcloths made for an interesting stay. But hey, who needs privacy or a clean face anyways?

From the moment we arrived, our host Gaia made sure we had everything we needed. the location was excellent, with great options for food and a famous gelato place just down the street. We were able to walk to all the major tourist sites and the views of Arne River were fantastic. the apartment itself was cozy and had all the amenities we could ask for, from WiFi and a curved TV to a well-stocked kitchen and even a complementary bottle of wine. Gaia was a wonderful host, providing personal touches and even allowing us extra time for our checkout.

I would highly recommend Geppi'S to anyone visiting Florence. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We have stayed at Geppi's apartment in Florence for two years in a row, both times in September, and it has been an amazing experience. the apartment is beautiful, clean, and modern, with all the amenities we could ever need. the bathroom is fantastic and the kitchen is fully equipped. the location is perfect, situated between the Arno and Piazza Santo Spiritu, and within walking distance to many attractions like the Ponte Vecchio and Boboli Gardens. We will definitely be coming back next year!

geppi's exceeded my expectations during this budget stay in florence. the kitchen amenities were top-notch and the rustic decor made it feel like home. the location was perfect, right by the river and close to local shops and restaurants. highly recommended!

This apartment was awesome! Perfect location by the Arno with amazing views. Clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were helpful and were pretty good too assist us, even during a medical emergency. Great shower, comfortable beds, and a lovely welcome Chianti. Highly recommended!
